AVOID THESE FOOD AFTER EXERCISE
As you exercise daily to stay fit it is also equally necessary to eat healthy food. This is commonly seen that we all concentrate only on doing exercises but when it comes about food we generally ignore it, which causes deficiency in the strengthening of our muscles. So today I am going to share with you the types of food you should not take after doing exercise.
Avoid these foods after exercise
1. FOODS CONTAINING FATTY ACIDS
Regular consumption of food containing fatty acids may be the main cause of serious health diseases like diabetes, obesity and diarrhea. Burgers, pizzas, cheeseburgers, samosas, etc. should be marked Stay away from signs. After eating fatty food, hard work of the exercise is gone. Do not eat it as they results in increasing the fat in your body, and your digestion also becomes weak. Besides you skip all these things that are made from or made of oil.
2. SAY NO TO SWEETS
The habit of eating sweets soon after exercise can be harmful to you. Actually sweets contain a lot of sugar that can contaminate your body’s balance. Stay away from cake and pastries also along with sweets. They make the body bubble out. Do not eat after doing exercise.
3. SPORTS DRINK
Don’t consume sports drink soon after doing workout. This also contains a lot of sugar which can cause imbalance in your body. Rather you can use coconut water instead of using sports drink.
4. SPICY FOOD
If you are fond of spicy food, then do not consume it soon after exercise as it causes problem in your digestion. Rather if you desire to get a good healthy body you should stop using spicy food.
It is a food item that is used in almost every kind of food. Beans are source of many Nutrients, but their intake can be a complaint of gas and indigestion soon after doing your workout. Avoid using beans immediately after exercising, you can use them in the diet.
6. ENERGY BAR
As per the measures to increase the energies we use the energy bar as often as possible in the market. Most of the energy bars contains fats and sugar which causes imbalance in our body .you should avoid using them after workout. For gaining energy you can use egg, milk or paneer. Also avoid using fried egg after exercising.
7. DON’T DRINK SODA
After workout, soda should never be consumed. According to gym trainers and Coach soon after doing exercise your body needs hydrate, and soda will not do it for you. Rather it causes the swelling in your body. To compensate you can consume plain water and potassium-rich foods.
