Method of use:
- Soak 2 almonds, 2 cashews, 25 gram black gram, 25 gram groundnut in water whole night.
- Do exercise in morning for at least half hour.
- Now rinse water from the soaked mixture.
- Put the mixture in a jar of mixer grinder.
- Add 500 ml milk and grind till a smooth mixture is formed.
- Drink this healthy drink; you can add little sugar for adding taste.
