Almonds, cashew, milk, groundnut, black gram, sugar

Method of use:

  1. Soak 2 almonds, 2 cashews, 25 gram black gram, 25 gram groundnut in water whole night.
  2. Do exercise in morning for at least half hour.
  3. Now rinse water from the soaked mixture.
  4. Put the mixture in a jar of mixer grinder.
  5. Add 500 ml milk and grind till a smooth mixture is formed.
  6. Drink this healthy drink; you can add little sugar for adding taste.
  7. Follow this routine daily helps in increasing weight, building muscles, increasing sperm count.
  8. You will definitely see the results in one month and will be able to get a healthy body which will enhance your personality.
