Peanuts, beetroot, bananas, green leafy vegetables, and sprouts, etc are high in folic acid, potassium, fiber and iron which helps in increasing red blood cells as well as hemoglobin level in your body.
  4. Try to eat more pomegranates and apples: – as you might have heard an old saying, β€œAn apple a day, keeps the doctor away.” But here I am going to tell you that we can add pomegranate to it and it will surely keep the doctor away. Apple and pomegranate are health-friendly fruits which are rich in calcium, iron, fiber, and proteins. These two fruits when taken combine and regularly, it will surely result in increased blood or hemoglobin levels.
  5. Exercise: – as we discussed in many articles that exercise is the best solution to every health problem. It basically regularizes the flow and circulation of blood which results in curing and preventing all the diseases naturally.
